Fullstack Developer - Senior Associate

We are looking for a Senior Associate - Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications across enterprise platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend systems. You will work closely with product, platform, and security teams to develop robust applications and follow reusable, secure-by-design development practices.

What you will be responsible for

As a Senior Associate - Full Stack Developer, you will:

· Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of enterprise applications

· Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces ensuring performance and usability

· Develop and integrate APIs and backend services to support application functionality

· Follow established development standards for code quality, testing, and version control

· Support CI/CD pipelines for application build, test, and deployment automation

· Work with enterprise platforms such as APIs, databases, messaging systems, and ServiceNow integrations where required

· Implement secure coding practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection

· Contribute to logging, monitoring, and performance tracking for applications

· Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, supporting root cause analysis and fixes

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development, testing, and release activities

· Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

· Strong hands-on experience in full stack development using modern frameworks (e.g., React/Angular, Node.js/Java/.NET)

· Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture, API design, and application development practices

· Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure preferred)

· Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or .NET

· Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)

· Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes

· Understanding of secure coding practices and application security basics

· Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and basic observability concepts

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work in a collaborative environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications

· A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required

· 5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development or Application Engineering roles

· Relevant certifications in cloud or development technologies are preferred

Additional requirements

Being flexible to work on weekends if required for release deployments

Work Requirement

· Shift timing: 13:00 - 22:00 IST
