We have a range of solutions from various high- to low-touch principal execution methods, and outsourced agency hedging and execution solutions through our currency management offering.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs Senior Associate you will\nEnsuring timely settlement of cash flows and Investigation and resolution of fails\n\nValidate and confirm FX trades (spot, forward, swap, NDFs, options) with counterparties in a timely manner.\n\nManage the end-to-end FX confirmation and Settlement process in line with market deadlines and internal SLAs.\n\nSend and match trade confirmations using platforms such as SWIFT, email, or third-party systems (Misys,FXall, GTSS, BBG and CLS, LCH).\n\nPerform FX Netting Via email/Call or vendor platforms/ third-party systems (Misys,FXall, GTSS).\n\nMonitor unmatched or disputed trades and resolve discrepancies.\n\nLiaise with front office, compliance, finance, claims, and IT teams to support the full trade lifecycle.\n\nCommunicate effectively with counterparties and custodians to ensure timely resolution of issues.\n\nMaintain up-to-date records of confirmations and settlements.\n\nEnsure settlement of FX trades on value date by liaising with counterparties, custodians, and internal teams.\n\nMonitor nostro accounts to ensure funding and settlement accuracy.\n\nSupport audits and ensure adherence to operational risk and compliance policies.\n\nPartner in process improvement, project management or technology development and testing across multiple teams and/or divisions\n\nSupport applicable Change the Bank and Run the Bank Projects impacting the team, from inception, providing SME support, testing and monitoring into Production\n\nWhat we value\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role\nRisk mitigation, problem solving, and decision-making skills\n\nAbility to think critically and resolve complex problems\n\nDrive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency\n\nStay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to FX Confirmation and Settlement operations.\n\nWhat You'll Bring to the Role\nFront-to-back knowledge of the FX Confirmation and settlement processes, systems, markets and instruments\n\nHands on experience in managing Interbank, Corporate, CLS, CLS_NET settlements\n\nWorking knowledge in Settlement/Payment department & understand payment life cycle\n\nFamiliarity with systems such as ION, GTSS, Bloomberg, FXALL and Misys SWIFT\n\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nGraduate and above preferably in Finance\n\nB.COM, BBM/BBA.
