The candidate will be the point of contact for multiple client relationships, manage client activities and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner. The Client Service Senior Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both external clients and internal service partners, and monitor and oversee the performance of business unit shared service teams and global COEs as it relates to overall service delivery.\nSenior Associate Responsibilities\nServe as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.\nEnsure client inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.\nLiaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units to resolve service and operational issues.\nFacilitate communication across service partners and clients.\nWork with shared services, outsource partners, and business units to ensure SLA compliance.\nParticipate in projects, governance, oversight activities, committees, and KPI reviews.\nKeep management informed of service issues and business opportunities.\nCompile client documentation, organize meetings, and prepare presentation materials.\nAct as liaison between clients and internal departments for successful implementations.\nSkills / Qualifications\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nConsultative mindset.\nStrategic and analytical thinking.\nHigh responsiveness.\nAbility to collaborate across organizations and levels.\nSelf-motivated with strong work ethic.\nAbility to adapt to change and multitask.\nBachelor's degree required.\nMinimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in financial services.\nSalary Range:\nThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
