They should also have experience in working with cross functional projects within a program to develop multi program views of objectives, timelines, dependencies, architecture, and issues including an overall roadmap. They should have experience in the use of Jira (with Advanced Roadmaps) to document, track, and manage a project portfolio. They should have comfort developing materials and communicating to senior stakeholders regarding project status, observations, issues, and accomplishments. Most importantly the candidate should be comfortable working autonomously, driving decision making and communicating at all levels of seniority.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs the Alternatives Project Manager Vice President, you will\nDevelop project plans, product roadmap, business case, objectives, product requirements, and wireframes\nUse latest AI technology to build efficiencies in the project & program management processes\nDocument overall program schedule, milestones, and cross product dependencies - leverage existing forums and collateral\nDocument and share project and process improvement opportunities\nHost forums for project ‘deep dives’ and influence individual project scope, solution approach / architecture, delivery timelines related to cross project dependencies\nParticipate in and model business, process, and data analysis of complex data and visualization including requirements, architecture, data flows, and wireframes\nConsult with business unit management as needed to analyze requirements asking probing questions to ensure the real needs are surfaced and understood.\nPartner with technology and Operations for the rollout of enhanced project status reporting through the Atlassian toolkit\nParticipate in change management forums to understand timing and impact of project changes - scope, budget, schedule\n Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships, and manage expectations with client stakeholders (as needed)\nProvide regular status updates and supporting program management reports as needed\nCommunicate with scrum teams, business owners and product to ensure all stakeholders are well informed and that the project roadmap is on track\nWhat we value\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role\nA strong team player who understand the value of working in a diversely skilled environment\nAbility to articulate product capabilities and benefits to both senior management as well as technology and global delivery teams\nAbility to work with stakeholders, develop relationships, gather information / data, synthesize into executive communications\nAbility to utilize facts and data to inform decision making\nAbility to distill complex information into clear, concise actionable insights for senior management\nStrong interpersonal communication, collaboration, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.\nStrong communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and ability to use experience and analysis to gain support and work with internal and external parties\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\n8+ years of financial industry work experience in a Product, Project or Program Management role\nExperience in implementing AI process solutions\nPrior Product Management, Change Management, and/or Consulting experience\nPrior Project Management for business transformation experience\nMBA or PMP a plus\nExperience with Jira & Confluence - reporting, setups, Advanced Roadmaps\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, co pilot and PowerPoint\nAbility to create visual models that support analyses, such as Gantt charts, data flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and wireframes\nStrong technology insights with demonstrated ability to work across business lines\nAI literate\nSalary Range:\n$110,000 - $188,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
