Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs Resource Manager, Vice President you will\nLead Corporate Audit’s capacity planning and workforce analysis to align resources with the audit plan and target operating model.\nOversee financial management for Corporate Audit, including budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring actual spend against budget.\nLead Corporate Audit’s resource scheduling program, including working collaboratively with audit leadership and audit teams to ensure effective deployment of talent across audits and strategic initiatives.\nManage third-party oversight, including sourcing, engagement oversight, utilization monitoring, and financial governance.\nManage the onboarding and offboarding process of third-party resources and new hires to assist in the successful integration into audit teams.\nProvide executive reporting and insights on headcount, staffing, workforce movements, contractor utilization, and resource capacity.\nFacilitate, manage and report on Corporate Audit’s bi-annual conflicts attestation.\nManage Corporate Audit’s internship program to support talent development and workforce planning.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across resource management processes, reporting, and operating practices.\nWhat we value\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role\nStrong project and program management experience\nStrong data management skills, including Excel, PowerBI and other data management tools\nAbility to plan and prioritize, multi task and manage a significant workload under pressure\nStrong attention to detail and organization and time management skills\nAbility to organize, analyze and summarize data from multiple sources\nStrong leadership qualities, a good sense of judgment and a high degree of confidentiality\nProficient at negotiating and managing conflict\nConfident at working independently and within a virtual team\nExcellent interpersonal skills including strong listening, written and verbal communication, with ability to clearly and professionally communicate with others\nAbility to gain immediate credibility with senior staff and trust of all staff\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nBachelor of Science/Arts, or equivalent.\n10+ years professional experience, project management experience preferred.\nSalary Range:\n$110,000 - $188,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
