This role is suited to someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable working with different stakeholders, and interested in building a career in project and program management.\nThe apprentice will work alongside Project and Program Managers to gain hands-on experience in project delivery, reporting, resource coordination, financial tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and administration of projects.\nMaintain project plans, trackers, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables.\nAssist with RAID management, including tracking risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, owners, and due dates.\nSupport preparation of project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track actions through to closure.\nFollow up with stakeholders and project teams on outstanding actions, deliverables, and deadlines.\nSupport project financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and associated reporting.\nHelp maintain project documentation and ensure information is accurate and up to date.\nSupport governance activities such as project reviews, status reporting, change tracking, and milestone monitoring.\nSkills & Attributes\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information.\nComfortable working with data, trackers, and reports.\nAbility to manage multiple activities and follow up proactively.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI\nAbility to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.\nAnalytical mindset with a willingness to learn and solve problems.\nInterest in technology, financial services, project management, or business operations.\nWillingness to learn project management tools and methodologies.\nQualifications\nB.Tech / MBA graduate\nDegree or coursework in Business, Management, Technology, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline would be helpful but is not essential.\nPrevious internship, academic project, or exposure to project coordination is advantageous but not required.\nAbout State Street\nAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
