It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer - across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.\nJoin us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs a Project Manager, Officer, you will:\nManage projects through the complete life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.\nTake responsibility for all project areas, with particular focus on scope, time and resource management.\nCoordinate project planning and execution with the Project Team, subject matter experts, stakeholders, sponsors, the Project Management Office and the Programmer Director.\nManage organizational change, including tracking and responding to user feedback on changes and the implementation process.\nMaintain overall responsibility for project execution and follow-up until the product is implemented and utilized.\nWhat we value\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role:\nExcellent project management skills, supported by relevant project management or change management experience and training.\nExcellent managerial skills, including the ability to manage people within tight time frames.\nStrong analytical skills.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills.\nStrong relationship management skills.\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nHigher education in a relevant area such as Business, Finance or Information Technology.\nThree to five years of relevant experience in Financial Services and/or implementation-related work.\nKnowledge of Project Management Institute standards; PMI certification will be a considerable advantage.\nProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.\nFluent spoken and written English.\nWork Requirement\nWork location: Gdansk/ Krakow, Poland.\nWork must be performed in accordance with State Street Poland procedures and regulations currently hybrid modes is 3 days per week at the office\nMinimum Salary:\nzł132 000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
