The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data quality, consistency, integrity, and compliance across Salesforce and integrated systems while supporting business users with actionable insights and reporting.\nKey Responsibilities\nSalesforce Data Management\nManage and maintain Salesforce data quality, accuracy, and consistency.\nPerform data cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and data migration activities.\nMonitor and resolve data integrity issues across Salesforce objects.\nCreate and maintain data quality dashboards and reports.\nData Governance\nImplement and support data governance standards, policies, and procedures.\nDefine and maintain data definitions, business rules, and data ownership models.\nConduct regular data quality audits and compliance reviews.\nCollaborate with business and technology teams to improve data governance practices.\nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop Salesforce reports and dashboards for business users and leadership teams.\nAnalyze business data trends and provide actionable insights.\nSupport KPI tracking and executive reporting requirements.\nWork with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs.\nData Integration & Support\nSupport Salesforce integrations and data synchronization activities.\nValidate data during deployment and release processes.\nAssist with data mapping, transformation, and migration initiatives.\nTroubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with business teams, Salesforce administrators, and developers.\nGather reporting and analytics requirements.\nProvide recommendations for process improvements and data optimization.\nRequired Skills\n3+ years of experience in Salesforce Data Analysis or Data Governance.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects.\nExperience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.\nKnowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing.\nExperience with Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and data migration activities.\nStrong SQL and data analysis skills.\nExperience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.\nKnowledge of data quality, master data management, and governance frameworks.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills \nSalesforce Administrator Certification.\nExperience with Financial Services Cloud (preferred).\nExperience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations.\nUnderstanding of ETL tools and data integration platforms.\nKnowledge of compliance and regulatory data requirements.\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nNice to Have\nSalesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.\nExperience with Power BI or Tableau dashboards.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nKnowledge of Data Governance frameworks and best practices.\nKey Areas of Expertise\nSalesforce Data Quality Management\nData Governance & Compliance\nReporting & Dashboard Development\nBusiness Data Analysis\nData Migration & Data Validation\nData Integrity Monitoring\nStakeholder Management\nPower BI / Tableau Reporting\nCertification Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator.\nAbout State Street\nAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
