Our goal is to enable GTS Leadership to accelerate progress against key strategic initiatives across GTS and to drive results.\nCore Responsibilities\n Report & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain high quality, accessible interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that clearly communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business insights.\n Data Modeling & Transformation: Build and optimize semantic data models, including relationships, calculated columns, and measures using DAX. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Python and Power Query (M).\nData Source Integration: Connect, consolidate, and manage data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, Azure services, Excel, and other enterprise systems into reliable, well structured datasets.\nPerformance Optimization: Tune data models and DAX calculations to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.\n Security & Platform Administration: Implement and maintain row level security (RLS), manage Power BI workspaces and apps, and support capacity and governance best practices within the Power BI Service.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable, decision ready insights.\nDocumentation & Standards: Create and maintain clear documentation for data models, transformation logic, report definitions, and operational procedures to support transparency and long term maintainability.\nWhat We Value\nWillingness to learn and develop new skills, embracing challenges and continuous improvement\nStrong work ethic, focus on achieving goals, and delivering measurable results\nDesire for creative thinking, problem-solving, and proposing new ideas to improve processes or products\nPeople who thrive in a collaborative team environment\nRequirements\nAn online portfolio with examples with nonconfidential data that demonstrates your analysis skills\nSome experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query, M, ETL, Python, PySpark, SQL\nA Bachelor's degree in a data analytics, data science, computer science or equivalent experience\nSalary Range:\nThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
