MS degree strongly preferred.\nWhat we are looking for:\nAt least 10 years of experience with full lifecycle of project development for Java applications from similar industry\nAt least 2 years of experience leading a team of 5 -10 people (this includes managing employee through whole life cycle from hiring to offboarding)\nExpert level proficiency in Java or C#/.NET, object-oriented design\nStrong experience with high-throughput low-latency systems\nDeep understanding of database internals and data model design\nProven experience designing and building cloud-native systems that are observable, scalable, and resilient\nFamiliar with event-drive architecture\nStrong understanding of financial system characteristics regarding transaction integrity, data consistency and reconciliation, auditability, and traceability\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment\nExperience in Agile and SDLC development methodologies\nMinimum Salary:\nzł282 000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
