You will work at the intersection of web engineering, UX, partnering closely with designers, backend engineers, and datateams to deliver highly interactive, adaptive, and insight-driven user experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on developer with a solid modern web foundation, curiosity for AI-enabled UX, and a passion for building innovative user interfaces.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop modern, AI-driven web applications, including adaptive and emerging generative UI patterns, primarily using Angular and TypeScript.\nBuild intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces that integrate with backend and AI services.\nCollaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend/data engineers to translate business and AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly solutions.\nContribute to frontend architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practices for maintainability, scalability, and performance.\nParticipate in proofs of concept and experiments exploring new technologies in web (e.g., advanced data visualization, complex automation workflows).\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate actively in code reviews and design discussions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring high standards of reliability, security, and accessibility.\nStay current with trends in modern web development and user experiences, and apply learnings to day-to-day development work.\nProvide guidance and support to junior developers as needed, contributing to a collaborative and learning-focused team environment.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n3-5 years of experience in modern web/frontend development.\nStrong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with exposure to other frameworks such as React being a plus.\nSolid understanding of building modular, maintainable frontend components and working within enterprise-scale applications.\nExperience working with API-driven architectures and integrating frontend applications with backend services.\nGood understanding of frontend performance optimization, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.\nFamiliarity with secure coding practices and enterprise application standards.\nHands-on experience with Python scripting and development is a plus\nExperience with data-rich or visualization-heavy applications (charts, dashboards, analytics) is a plus.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.\nExposure or interest in AI-integrated web patterns, such as: Consuming AI/LLM APIs\nChat or conversational interfaces\nAI-assisted UI/UX or data visualization\nDynamic or adaptive UI components\n\nDemonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, especially in the AI and modern web space.\nMinimum Salary:\nzł182,004 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
