The role supports the delivery of application security, cloud security, and secure configuration management workstreams across the enterprise.\nTo succeed in this role, you will have:\n5+ years of demonstrable experience working cross-functionally in a complex IT environment. \nDemonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, manage cross-functional delivery, and align security outcomes with business risks and priorities. \nWhat You Will Be Responsible For\nIn this role, you will:\nLead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, including the management of cross-functional project milestones. \nCoordinate the delivery of various security workstreams, including planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder updates. \nTrack technical decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure they remain visible, assigned, and actively progressed. \nSupport process compliance, audit activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nServe as the day-to-day delivery interface among end users and stakeholders, technical leads, engineers, and third-party vendors. \nSupport sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data, and support teams. \nWhat We Value\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role:\nStakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to resolve impediments and ensure seamless delivery. \nCommunication: Translate complex technical risks and progress metrics into clear updates for executive and non-technical leadership. \nTechnical Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, risk reduction, and remediation. \nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nRequired qualification(s):\nBachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline; a cyber security-related qualification is preferred. \nRequired experience:\n5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles. \n3+ years of cyber security domain experience is preferred. \nRequired or preferred certifications:\nA relevant project delivery certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe, is preferred. \nKnowledge of security frameworks and methodologies, such as NIST, is preferred. \nSecurity certifications, such as CISM or CISSP, are preferred. \nKnowledge of tools or technologies:\nProficiency in Confluence, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite. \nSalary Range:\n$70,000 - $118,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
