The position plays a pivotal role in shaping technology strategy and execution, ensuring solutions are built for reliability, scalability, and strong controls while meeting stringent regulatory, operational, and client expectations.\nWhat you will be responsible for \nWe are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, energetic, and technologically savvy. \nSecurities Valuation Leadership\nExecute the technology strategy and roadmap for Securities Valuation aligned to business priorities, client needs, and enterprise objectives. \nLead the engineering, delivery and modernization of our securities valuation platform supporting fund accounting, financial reporting, insurance accounting, NAV production, and related services. \nDrive application architecture, platform simplification, cloud adoption, and technology lifecycle management across the portfolio. \nEnsure delivery excellence through highly resilient, scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. \nAccountable for platform stability, operational resiliency, service quality, regulatory adherence, and achievement of business and client outcomes. \nPartner closely with Product, Risk, and Client-facing teams to enhance capabilities, enable new products, support client growth, and improve competitive differentiation. \nEstablish engineering standards, DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement disciplines that accelerate delivery and improve productivity. \nTransformation & Innovation\nDrive adoption of cloud-native architectures, modern engineering practices, data platforms, and automation capabilities across the application. \nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and technology excellence. \nTalent & Organizational Leadership\nLead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team across engineering, architecture, delivery, and technology operations. \nBuild a culture focused on accountability, ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. \nAttract, retain, and grow top technology talent while cultivating future leadership capabilities. \n What we value\n These skills will help you succeed in this role:\nDeep expertise building and operating highly resilient, cloud-native technology platforms. \nStrong knowledge of modern application architectures, artificial intelligence, public cloud technologies, DevOps practices, automation, and software engineering excellence. \nStrong domain expertise in Securities Valuation and NAV production. \nDeep understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity, controls, and governance frameworks. \nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. \nStrategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to translate vision into execution and measurable business outcomes. \nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. \n15+ years of technology leadership experience, including significant experience within financial services. \nProven track record leading global teams and delivering application solutions for our business partners. \nExperience operating effectively and managing across multiple geographies. \nAdditional Requirements\nExperience with Microsoft Azure. \nExperience with the C programming language and Java.\nExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. \nWillingness to engage across multiple regions and time zones. \nWork Requirement\nHybrid with minimum 4 days in office \n8:00 AM to 5 PM \nSalary Range:\n$120,000 - $217,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
