Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning, Vice President who will help to lead and mature the organization's strategic workforce planning capability by connecting workforce planning, analytics, financial planning, governance, and business decision-making.
Why this role is important to us
In this role, you would partner across HR, Finance, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to consult on workforce planning routines, produce actionable insights, maintain operating standards, and support adoption of consistent workforce planning practices across the organization.
What you will be responsible for
- Lead and support recurring workforce planning activities, including enterprise planning routines, forecasting, scenario planning, capacity planning, and workforce risk discussions.
- Translate business priorities into workforce planning actions, assumptions, and recommendations.
- Support planning cadence, governance routines, issue resolution, and decision-making forums.
- Help ensure workforce plans are aligned with business priorities, financial planning expectations
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, CAO/CFO teams, HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to align workforce plans with broader business planning needs.
- Support ongoing workforce planning transformation efforts, including process modernization, integrated planning improvements, and enhanced workforce planning practices.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in workforce planning, HR strategy, finance partnership, consulting, workforce analytics, business transformation, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex workforce, financial, and business information into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment with HR, Finance, Technology, COEs, and business leadership.
- Strong governance mindset, process discipline, attention to detail, and ability to drive consistency across recurring business processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to emerging business needs, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $188,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
