The Program Manager should be able to work with the technology and business to define, document and implement appropriate program governanceThe Program Manager should be able to work with technology and business to define, document and implement appropriate program governance and execution.\nUnderstand/document requirements including the products being used in IM organizations to determine how they can be leveraged or eliminated. Ensuring the target state solution supports IM business requirements. \nDrive the joint and internal governance with all stakeholders. This includes the development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, issue and action logs and scope and requirements documents. Ensuring active issue management and facilitating decision-making are critical to the role.\nDrive closure on all aspects of the program with support from the functional teams and SME’s, including: contracts and commercials, scope and solution, project sequencing and planning, development, testing, conversion and post conversion activities.\nManage subject matter experts and project managers supporting workstreams to deliver the end-to-end solution.\nLead and support governance meetings - set meeting agendas and document meeting minutes for meetings to discuss progress and address issues to achieve milestones and objectives for the execution of the plans\nTrack resources, hours and hiring for resources, and rolling up globally with inputs from Global teams. Compile resource plans and program budgets.\nActively communicate the status of work with other team members to ensure that everyone involved is fully informed.\nPartner across technology teams such as: (Engineering, Storage, Security, Cloud, and Application teams) to ensure on-time delivery.\nManage dependencies across technology teams and workstreams to insure coordinated/successful delivery. \nIdentify of project / delivery Risks and mitigation strategies\nIdentify conflicts as they arise and engage the appropriate parties to resolve them.\nDefine Path to Green when projects are At Risk and/or Off Track, successful management of path to Green\nWhat we value\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role\nProject management experience on large complex programs\nAgile certifications; scrum master\nInitiative and the ability to work independently or with a team\nCreative problem solving skills\nStrong sense of urgency when performing tasks and projects; ability to respond to shifting priorities\nLeadership and strong communications/relationship-management skills\nBusiness/Industry knowledge, information technology acumen\nExperience establishing an organized and structured approach to change initiatives, with a strong awareness of business & technology risk\nAbility to deliver professional documents - strong knowledge of “off the shelf” (PowerPoint, Excel, Word ). Strong knowledge of MS Project, Jira and Clarity preferred.\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nUndergraduate degree - with demonstrated interest in Business, Finance or Computer Science\nExcellent writing skills\nPMP certification preferred\n6-8 years of Financial Services experience\nSalary Range:\n$110,000 - $188,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
