They will build an enterprise decision-intelligence service that helps technology leaders, engineers, risk teams, and other stakeholders understand technology health, exposure, performance, and priorities.\nWhat You Will Lead\nYou will define the strategy, operating model, product portfolio, roadmap, and organisational capability for Technology Intelligence, encompassing:\nExecutive technology reporting and decision support\nTechnology data products and semantic models\nEnterprise KPI and metric governance\nTechnology risk and control intelligence\nTechnology currency and exposure analytics\nPredictive analytics and forecasting\nRegulatory and audit reporting support\nGoverned AI-enabled technology insight\nThe capability will use Microsoft Fabric and Power BI as its primary analytical and visualisation foundation, consuming governed information from technology platforms and domains including ServiceNow, Flexera, cloud, security, finance, procurement, asset management, and technology governance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and deliver the Technology Intelligence strategy and multiyear roadmap.\nBuild and lead a multidisciplinary team across data products, analytics engineering, business intelligence, metrics governance, and predictive intelligence.\nCreate authoritative executive scorecards and analytical products for technology leadership, risk, audit, and regulatory audiences.\nDevelop reusable data products and semantic models that provide a consistent view of technology performance and exposure.\nImprove insight into technology currency, CMDB health, asset lifecycle, software and SaaS optimisation, cloud economics, risk, and control effectiveness.\nIntroduce predictive analytics, automation, anomaly detection, and responsible AI-enabled decision support.\nReplace manual and fragmented reporting with governed, repeatable, and traceable analytical products.\nPartner with technology, data, risk, finance, procurement, architecture, audit, and product leaders.\nEnsure analytical outputs are accurate, reproducible, appropriately controlled, and capable of being traced to authoritative source data.\nTechnology Intelligence will own analytical products, metric integrity, validation, reporting, and measurement lineage. Operational product and data owners will remain accountable for source-data quality, business outcomes, and remediation.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nYou will bring:\nSenior leadership experience in technology intelligence, data and analytics, enterprise reporting, technology management, or a related field.\nExperience building or transforming an enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence, or reporting capability.\nA strong track record of leading multidisciplinary technical and analytical teams.\nExperience developing data products, semantic models, executive dashboards, and measurement frameworks.\nStrong knowledge of data governance, quality, lineage, metadata, reporting controls, and evidence.\nExperience translating complex technology information into concise, decision-oriented executive insight.\nKnowledge of predictive analytics, forecasting, automation, and the responsible use of AI.\nThe ability to influence senior stakeholders and establish clear accountability across organisational boundaries.\nExperience working in a large, complex, and highly governed organisation.\nDesirable Experience\nFinancial services or another regulated industry.\nMicrosoft Fabric, Power BI, Alteryx, or comparable analytical platforms.\nServiceNow, CMDB, technology asset, service, workflow, or control information.\nFlexera, software asset management, SaaS management, or FinOps.\nTechnology currency, risk, control, audit, or regulatory reporting.\nProduct-led operating models and customer-focused data services.\nAbout State Street\nAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
