You will own the search for the talent that will define our growth, partnering directly with leadership to build a high-impact organization. \nWe are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to join our team located in Washington, DC.\nAs the Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter), you will:\nWork directly with hiring managers to understand business priorities, team structures, and role requirements.\nRelentlessly source and attract top-tier talent\nBuild and maintain talent intelligence: target company organization charts, compensation benchmarks, and competitive insights.\nManage the entire recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination, feedback, offers, and closing.\nSell the opportunity-positioning our roles as career-defining opportunities for qualified talent.\nDeliver a high-touch candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand and keeps future hires warm.\nEnsure pipeline hygiene via our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring data is clean, accurate, and actionable.\nUse recruiting analytics to track funnel performance, spot trends, and optimize for speed and quality.\nStay ahead of hiring trends, competitive moves, and emerging talent pools.\nEssential Qualifications for this position include:\n5+ years of professional work experience in talent acquisition\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.\nKnowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to support sourcing. \nAbility to execute with detail and operate with organizational skills.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\nCommunication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear understanding of correspondence etiquette.\nAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.\nPreferred Qualifications for this position include: \nPrior professional work experience conducting various talent-related operations such as onboarding\nPrior professional work experience in a start-up organization \nThis is a onsite work opportunity and our teams operate from the Washington, DC office (located at L and 15th St. NW) 5 (five) days per week. State Affairs offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a meaningful equity position to employees.\nThe annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $122,000 to $142,000 for candidates working from the State Affairs office in Washington, DC. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
