Wherever it takes us.\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive Compensation $85,000 annual salary\nComprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Time, 401k w/match, etc.) \nGrowth Opportunity and Career Advancement\nAgile and Adaptable team culture\nInnovative and revolutionary technology solutions\nA higher calling to provide quality patient care\n\nSee how Dragonfly Health is transforming the world of hospice and post-acute care.\n\nWhat you will do\nOversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and operational accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.\n\nCoordinate and support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, ensuring financial reporting is completed accurately and within established deadlines.\n\nPrepare, analyze, and consolidate financial information, including financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.\n\nPartner with accounting leadership to develop, implement, and improve accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.\n\nPrepare and review financial schedules and documentation for external accounting firms, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.\n\nServe as a technical resource for accounting and finance team members, providing guidance, resolving complex accounting questions, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.\n\nWhat we look for\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.\n\n3-5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, with a strong background in general ledger management, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including a thorough understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and applicable financial regulations.\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is strongly preferred.\n\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information, identify discrepancies, and develop effective solutions.\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments, provide guidance to colleagues, and contribute to process improvements.\n\nExperience in healthcare, durable medical equipment (DME), or related medical services industries is strongly preferred.
