Grow smarter.\nWe're looking for a Creative Manager who will be responsible for producing ad creatives that bring high-quality users into the product. This isn't a \"picture designer\" role - it's someone who thinks through the funnel: from hypothesis and offer all the way to CTR, CPI/CAC, and post-install/post-registration retention metrics.\nResponsibilities:\nGenerate and test creative hypotheses for paid channels (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.)\nDevelop static and video creatives, UGC formats, and product demos tailored to different audience segments\nCraft offers and USPs around the product's core advantages: speed (lessons in minutes, not hours), hands-on practice on real projects, monetizable outcomes\nAnalyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CPI/CAC, hook rate, trial/subscription conversion) in collaboration with performance marketers\nRun A/B tests on creatives, draw conclusions, and iterate\nMonitor trends in performance creatives for EdTech/AI products and track competitors in the niche\nCollaborate with the design team, copywriters, and media buyers.\n Requirements:\n\n4-5+ years of experience as a creative or performance markete\n2+ years of experience in a Creative Lead role\nUnderstanding of user acquisition unit economics (CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS)\nHands-on experience creating creatives for Meta/TikTok/Google Ads (strong creative intuition + real examples to show)\nAbility to work with data: draw conclusions from metrics, not just make things look good\nBasic skills in Figma/Canva or the ability to brief designers effectively\nEnglish at Intermediate level or above (we work with international markets).Nice to Have\n\nExperience in EdTech / AI products / mobile subscription apps\nExperience creating demo content that shows the product in action (screen recordings, UGC reviews)\nExperience working with performance teams on products with high-frequency usage cycles (daily use, gamification, streaks).\nWhat We Offer\nHybrid job in Prague/Warsaw or remote\nCompetitive compensation\nFlexible working hours: we start our operation day between 9:00 -
