The role involves close collaboration with team leads, managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, and leading recruitment efforts for our US-based hires.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions, policies, and processes\nLead full-cycle recruiting for open positions in the US - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers\nManage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (preboarding, onboarding, employee records, offboarding/exits)\nSupport performance management cycles (OKRs/KPIs, quarterly reviews, PIP documentation), ensuring processes run smoothly and on schedule\nMaintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal documentation\nAdminister benefits, leave, and compliance-related processes, ensuring accuracy and timely handling\nSupport employee relations matters - addressing workplace concerns, escalating when needed, and maintaining documentation\nAssist with organizational initiatives such as team restructuring, internal mobility, and engagement programs\nMaintain accurate HR data and generate reports (headcount, turnover, HR metrics) for leadership\nOptimize and streamline HR processes and workflows (HRIS, ATS, internal tools) to improve efficiency\nHelp foster company culture through engagement, recognition, and internal communication initiatives\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar HR operations role\nHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, ideally hiring for US-based positions\nSolid understanding of HR processes: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration\nComfortable working with HR systems and maintaining data accuracy\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism\nStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams\nEnglish level: Advanced (C1) -
