Together, this comprehensive suite of services expands access to quality healthcare while significantly lowering avoidable medical costs.\nResponsibilities – Salesforce Product ManagerProduct Ownership & Platform Management\nDefine the long-term Salesforce product roadmap aligned with overall business goals\n\nAct as the primary liaison between business units, executive stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams\n\nGather, prioritize, and translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories\n\nEnable end users to effectively use Salesforce to help meet company goals\n\nLead release management processes, governance frameworks, and change management strategies\n\nStay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and meet business needs\n\nSalesforce Administration & Execution\nTriage Salesforce support tickets\n\nTrain users on Salesforce features and functionality\n\nServe as company subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality\n\nHandle user provisioning, deactivation, and access management across the organization\n\nIn conjunction with internal Salesforce and data leads, design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards\n\nWork with security operations leads to ensure the platform adheres to best practices related to privacy and security\n\nWork with Technology leads to participate in data migration, data mapping, and basic integration maintenance activities\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nQualifications – Salesforce Product Manager\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience\n\n2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Platform Manager, or Business Analyst role\n\n3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, especially Health Cloud\n\nExperience with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a plus\n\nProven track record of managing a Salesforce roadmap and leading cross-functional projects\n\nExperience leading Salesforce implementation initiatives\n\nStrong communication skills with ability to translate business needs and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff\n\nRequired Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator\n\nPreferred Certifications: Salesforce Accredited Health Cloud Professional, Product Management Certification\n\nSkills and Attributes for SuccessThe successful candidate will be someone who can operate as both a strategic Salesforce product leader and a hands-on platform partner.
