Your story matters - keep writing it as part of our team.\nAre you ready to join us?\nYour Responsibilities\nSupport invoice creation, submission, and correction processes.\n\nHandle standard customer inquiries and first-level Salesforce Service Cloud cases.\n\nMaintain and update customer master data in systems such as Salesforce and SAP.\n\nAssist customers with payment-related queries and issue resolution.\n\nCreate and optimise email templates, knowledge articles, and customer communication campaigns.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation.\n\nTest new workflows and automation solutions.\n\nCollaborate closely with Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, and Tech teams.\n\nWhat You Bring\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.
