This positions Statkraft as a key facilitator of the energy transition and a trusted partner for customers navigating increasingly complex energy markets.\n In this context, we are now looking for a Technical Business Analyst to coordinate our development deliveries in Poland. We are seeking a colleague who can drive the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of business processes in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders across Origination, Operations & Risk, and relevant IT departments.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth of Statkraft's Polish origination and market activities by ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into scalable digital solutions and operational processes.\nThe responsibilities will include the following:\nWork closely with the business to understand the business process and needs; understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications. \nWorking closely with solution architect to clearly define requirements based on the future development plans\nFunction as key interface between local IT and global IT departments; translate local needs into global system landscapes and environments \nFacilitating workshops and meetings to gather user requirements, summarize feedback, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. \nWorking closely with the development teams to provide clear and comprehensive documentation, including concepts and process flows \nAssisting in the creation of training materials and functional user documentation and conducting training sessions for our users \nMonitoring and analyzing the performance of the products from a business perspective, identifying any issues or bottlenecks, and proposing appropriate improvements \nParticipating in the testing and quality assurance activities, ensuring that the product deliveries meet accurately the specified requirements. \n Relevant university degree, preferably a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration \nSeveral years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the commodity trading industry or the financial services sector. \nSolid understanding of business processes front-to-back, such as deal entry and validation \nStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable specifications. \nProficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements gathering, and data analysis \nStrong cross team collaboration with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes \nStrong communication skills in English \nNice to have communication skills in Polish\n A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose - meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities and the future.
