And we look forward to doing this together with you!\n As a Wind Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the engineering of wind projects, including technical assessments of civil design throughout all project phases, project planning and cost definition, procurement processes, environmental planning, stakeholder management, risk management and internal decision-making processes for the projects.\nMain activities would be:\nEvaluate wind farm design feasibility and constructability during the early stages of project development, including risk identification and CAPEX definition.\nContribute to the selection of the most suitable infrastructure layout and manage the co-developers and consultants engaged to support the project.\nDevelop and review wind farm designs during the detailed engineering for permitting, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, Authorities requirements, implementation of optimal solutions and preparation and verification of designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.\nServe as technical lead for the BOP (Balance of Plant) package during the procurement process. Define project specifications and technical requirements, lead technical bid evaluations and provide technical support during the contracting phase.\nAssume responsibility for the BOP contract work package during the construction phase, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and in accordance with the required quality and HSS standards.\nOversee the BOP technical aspects of the contract(s), including quality control of project works and technical supplies.\nMaintain a comprehensive overview of the electrical and communication infrastructure and manage the interfaces between civil and electrical BOP, as well as between civil BOP and the wind turbines.\nServe as technical lead for TSA (Turbine Supply Agreement) and FSA (Full Service Agreement) RFPs and contracts, defining requirements and ensuring compliance with Statkraft and project-specific standards.\nLead WTG technical documentation and quality control activities during factory acceptance testing (FAT), delivery to site, and commissioning. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards.\nRepresent Statkraft during WTG inspections for mechanical completion and handover.\nPrepare project-specific cost, risk and schedule analyses.\nManage and coordinate wind measurement campaigns using LiDAR or met masts, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.\nParticipate in technical due diligence activities.\nProvide technical support for road surveys and stakeholder analyses.\nProvide support, as required, for other technologies, including PV, BESS and grid evacuation infrastructure and for projects in other regions of the company.\n Master's degree in civil engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Renewable Energy or another relevant discipline.\nProfessional experience in wind farm design infrastructure and knowledge of wind turbine suppliers.\nA minimum of five years of experience in the renewable energy sector or relevant infrastructure projects, including at least one year of experience in wind projects.\nProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for civil design, particularly for wind farm projects, is desirable.\nGWO certification is desirable but not mandatory.\nKnowledge about RfP process and Contract struture (FIDIC)\nProfessional fluency in Spanish and English.\nA valid driving licence.\nAvailability and willingness to travel frequently to project sites and to work on-site during the construction phase.\nA proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to deliver high-quality work within demanding deadlines.\n At Statkraft, you’ll shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match.
