Statkraft has around 6,200 employees in 20 countries.\nThe business area European Wind and Solar (E) is responsible for development and ownership of wind and solar assets in Europe. The business area is also responsible for the project execution of large projects in Statkraft, the group procurement function and development of new business opportunities.\nWe are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager - Construction to strengthen the business area’s Project Delivery Unit. The team is responsible for the project execution of large-scale infrastructure renewable projects of onshore wind, solar and battery storage across UK / Ireland.\n As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of wind projects from pre-construction through to completion by:\nManaging project scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.\nCoordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.\nEnsuring compliance with HSE, environmental, permitting and anti-corruption requirements.\nProviding project reporting, governance, documentation and progress updates to senior management.\nLeading tendering and procurement activities, including BoP contracts.\nCoordinating technical design inputs and overseeing site activities as required.\nUsing Statkraft systems for project controls, contracts, safety, risk and financial management.\nSupporting continuous improvement and contributing to the wider renewable energy project delivery team.\n Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline.\nProven experience delivering renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects through construction.\nStrong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, particularly wind, solar and battery energy storage projects.\nExperience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts and project delivery from development to operations.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Project (or equivalent), SharePoint and working knowledge of AutoCAD.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate risks, recommendations, and project updates clearly.\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\n A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose - meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities, and the future.
