We envision a world that runs entirely on renewable energy.\nWe are seeking a motivated and organised Project Prepare for Operations Coordinator to join the Statkraft Asset Management (SAM) team within the Prepare for Operations (PfO) function. This role will be based in our Cork, Ireland office.\nPfO helps ensure a smooth transition of renewable energy projects from Construction to Operations. Working closely with Development, Construction, Operations & Maintenance, Asset Management and other business units, the role will coordinate activities, manage project information, facilitate stakeholder engagement and help ensure operational requirements are in place before project handover at DG4.\nThis opportunity will suit someone who enjoys project coordination, stakeholder management, process improvement and working in a collaborative environment. SAM is a close and supportive team that values teamwork, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\n Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Project for Operations (PfO) activities across a portfolio of renewable energy projects.\nEnsure operational readiness activities are effectively planned, tracked, communicated and delivered in line with project milestones.\nMaintain project governance documentation, including schedules, risk registers, action trackers and handover plans.\nCoordinate cross-functional meetings, monitor progress against actions and drive timely completion of key deliverables.\nBuild strong working relationships with stakeholders across Development, Construction, Operations, Asset Management, Finance, Legal and HSSE teams.\nFacilitate the collection, review and management of project documentation to support successful project handover and asset transition.\nMonitor operational readiness requirements, including procedures, contracts, training, site access, SCADA systems, spare parts and compliance obligations.\nCollaborate with Construction Project Managers and operational teams to ensure smooth system takeover and project handover arrangements.\nSupport the preparation of project status reports, readiness assessments and final handover documentation for Asset Owners.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting and support the digitalisation of PfO activities across Europe.\n Proven experience in project coordination, project administration, or project management within a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of project data, documentation and information.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to coordinating activities and driving actions through to completion.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of tasks and contribute effectively as part of a collaborative team.\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites and stakeholder locations as required.\nExperience within renewable energy, construction, engineering, utilities, or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous.\nKnowledge of project lifecycle management, project governance, document management systems, reporting tools and continuous improvement or digitalisation initiatives is desirable.\n A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose - meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities, and the future.
