The role covers Onshore Wind, Solar, BESS and Synchronous Condenser projects and requires strong experience with both strategic procurement and on-site contract management.\nThis role can be based in either Cork, London or Glasgow\n Lead end-to-end procurement for major UK/Irish projects, from early development through execution and contract close out\nDefine contracting strategies and shape technical and commercial scopes together with engineering and project management.\nManage tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract award for equipment and construction services (BOP/EPC/Grid/main equipment packages).\nEnsure effective contract execution, including change control, claims management, risk mitigation and on-site commercial follow-up.\nBuild and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships in key markets.\nCoordinate cross-functional input across engineering, sustainability, legal, HSE, finance and project teams.\nAlign project procurement activities with Group Category strategies and contribute to process improvements.\n Experience in large, complex energy or infrastructure procurement, ideally across multiple technologies.\nProven expertise in contract management during construction/execution phases.\nStrong commercial and legal background; experience with EPC, BOP/BOS, NEC, FIDIC or similar contract models.\nFamiliarity with UK/Irish and / or other global supplier markets.\nStrong understanding of supply chains, manufacturing, logistics and cost drivers.\nDegree in engineering, business or a related field.\nFluent in English\nExperience with procurement platforms (e.g., Jaegger) is an advantage\n A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose - meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities, and the future.
