We manage critical IT infrastructure through a combination of strategic service providers and in-house expertise, while also delivering local IT support to employees worldwide.\nTo strengthen our support capabilities in the Trondheim region, we are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technical Specialist to provide Level 2 local IT support to our offices and users. In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative team within our 24/7 Operations Centre and Local Technical Support organization, supporting a modern and continuously evolving IT environment more than 500 employees.\nAs a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a reliable, secure, and positive IT experience for our users.
