Responsibilities\nProcess supplier and subcontractor invoices accurately and efficiently\nVerify invoice coding, approvals, purchase orders, and supporting documentation\nRaise and process customer invoices\nMaintain accurate financial records and accounting data\nPerform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies\nPrepare and post accounting journals\nSupport month-end and year-end accounting processes\nAssist with subcontractor ledger management\nProcess employee expense claims and reimbursements\nPrepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis\nLiaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments\nRequirements\nExcellent written and spoken English (essential)\nPrevious experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a similar role\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills\nExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nProfessional, reliable, and proactive approach to work\nDesirable Experience\nExperience working within an international business environment\nPrevious experience in the UK or supporting UK-based companies\nKnowledge of UK accounting practices, CIS, or the
