R35 000 depending on experience\nSTART DATE : A.S.A.P\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.\nPostgraduate qualification will be advantageous.\nProfessional marketing certification will be advantageous.\n3-5 years’ experience in marketing or brand management.\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a Brand Manager role.\nProven experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets.\nExperience within the FMCG, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, or a related industry.\nDemonstrated track record of driving brand growth and increasing market share.\nExperience managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.\nPrevious experience in the pet food, pet care, animal health, veterinary, or broader pet industry will be highly advantageous.\nA genuine passion for pets, animal welfare, and the pet care industry.\nValid driver’s license and reliable personal transport.\nWillingness and ability to travel nationally as required.\nFlexibility to work extended or irregular hours to support promotions, product launches, trade shows, customer events, and retail activations.\nAvailability to work selected weekends and public holidays during major promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events.\nAbility to actively represent and embody the company’s values and “live the brand” both internally and externally.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, retailers, distributors, veterinarians, breeders, pet specialty stores, and consumers.\nDUTIES:\nBrand Strategy & Management:\nDevelop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.\nDefine and maintain brand positioning, identity, and value proposition.\nMonitor brand performance and recommend improvements.\nEnsure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.\nManage brand architecture, product portfolios, and product positioning.\n Marketing & Campaign Management:\nPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.\nCoordinate advertising, digital marketing, promotions, sponsorships, and events.\nCollaborate closely with creative agencies and media partners.\nEvaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).\n Market Research & Consumer Insights:\nConduct market research and competitor analysis.\nMonitor consumer trends and evolving customer needs.\nUse customer insights to inform brand strategy and product development.\nTrack brand health metrics and customer perceptions.\n Product & Innovation Support:\nCollaborate with product development teams on new product launches.\nDevelop go-to-market strategies for new products.\nSupport packaging, pricing, and promotional decisions.\nManage product lifecycle activities.\n Budget Management:\nPrepare and manage annual brand budgets.\nMonitor expenditure and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.\nTrack returns on marketing investments.\n Stakeholder Management:\nWork closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.\nManage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.\nPresent brand performance reports to senior management.\n Performance Measurement:\nMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including:Brand awareness.\nMarket share.\nSales growth.\nCustomer engagement.\nCampaign return on investment (ROI).\nCustomer retention.\n\nHOURS:Monday to Friday: 08:00 -
