opportunities, track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging needs in painting, coatings, and waterproofing.\nDevelop and execute sales and territory plans to meet or exceed targets.\nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to secure project opportunities and specifications.\nEngage with clients to understand requirements, technical challenges, and long-term needs, positioning the business as a solutions provider.\n Project Sales and Management:\nCollaborate with estimating and technical teams to develop cost-effective proposals and specifications.\nPresent solutions, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure projects.\nMaintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems and provide regular forecasts.\nEnsure clear communication of contracts, specifications, and expectations during project handover to operations.\nMaintain strong account relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.\nSales and Lead Generation Support:\nPrepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain client relationships.\nIdentify new opportunities across residential, commercial, and property sectors.\nApply best practices in prospecting, technical selling, and negotiation.\nResearch prospective clients, including property managers, corporate clients, and building owners.\nRecommend improvements to sales processes and lead generation strategies.\nCollaborate with marketing on sales materials and with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.\nMaintain and update client databases and sales records.\nFollow up on leads, enquiries, and submitted quotations.\n Client Engagement and Sales Administration:\nAttend site visits to assess project scope and requirements.\nAssist in preparing quotations and proposals.\nMaintain ongoing communication with clients regarding enquiries and project progress.\nEnsure all client and sales information is accurately recorded and tracked.\n Sales Coordination and Project Handover:\nCollaborate with estimating and project teams to ensure accurate project information.\nCoordinate between sales and operations to ensure alignment on project execution.\nEnsure all signed quotations and project details are properly handed over.\nMaintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.\n Team Support and Development:\nLearn technical aspects of painting, coatings, and waterproofing.\nParticipate in training and mentorship programmes.\nContribute to improving internal processes and
