Sr. Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and development of a cutting-edge AI-powered platform built on modern Agentic AI frameworksYou will work closely with AI engineers, product leaders, and business stakeholders to architect scalable applications that leverage autonomous AI agents, LLMs, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of AI-powered web applications.
• Build scalable backend services using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and RAG architectures.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models, vector databases, and AI workflows into production systems.
• Define engineering standards, code quality practices, and architecture guidelines.
• Mentor and guide development teams through technical leadership and best practices.
• Drive CI/CD, cloud deployment, observability, security, and platform scalability initiatives.
• Work with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical roadmaps, and strategic technology decisions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Python backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building and deploying scalable enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Experience leading Agile development teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents, or similar platforms.
• Experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of AI observability, model evaluation, guardrails, and AI security.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and APIs.
• Exposure to generative AI, NLP, and intelligent workflow automation.
