For more information, visit www.joinstatus.com.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Recruiter to support our growing organization by managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract, engage, and hire qualified talent.\nThe role will support a variety of positions across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and other business functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can independently manage multiple searches, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistent follow-through and accountability. If you have previous full-cycle recruiting experience, we are looking for you to join the team.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage the full-cycle recruiting process, from requisition approval and intake through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.\nReview resumes, conduct initial phone screens, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.\nUtilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.\nCoordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely communication and a seamless candidate experience.\nPartner with the HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.\nDevelop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and other departments.\nPartner with hiring managers to develop interview plans and guides, establish selection criteria, and ensure consistent interview practices.\nAdvise hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, candidate availability, and effective interviewing practices.\nFacilitate hiring discussions and provide recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.\nManage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).\nSupport offer development, candidate negotiations, and closing strategies in partnership with the HR and hiring managers.\nAssist with the ongoing development and improvement of recruiting processes, strategies, tools, and resources.\nMonitor recruiting metrics, track hiring progress, and provide weekly updates to HR. \nManage open positions, candidate pipelines, and recruiting activity.\nMaintain compliance with company recruiting practices and applicable employment regulations throughout the hiring process.\nMay support with other projects and HR work as assigned.\nKeys To Success\nDemonstrates initiative and urgency in identifying, engaging, and securing qualified talent.\nMaintains consistent and timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.\nEffectively manages multiple open positions, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and competing priorities.\nIdentifies sourcing opportunities, anticipates recruiting challenges, and takes ownership of moving searches forward.\nBuilds effective relationships with hiring managers and provides guidance throughout the hiring process.\nDemonstrates strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ownership of recruiting outcomes.\nWork Experience:\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; staffing agency experience is a plus.\nExperience recruiting across multiple functions, ideally including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing.\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Breezy HR or similar platforms.\nProficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.\nStrong sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.\nAbility to manage multiple searches, candidate pipelines, and hiring manager relationships simultaneously.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a part-time capacity.\nAbility to work independently while demonstrating collaboration, ownership, and accountability for results.\nPreferred Education:\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience\nTravel: Typically, less than 5%. Remote environment. No special physical demands required.\nHours:\nThis is a part-time position with a maximum of 24-28 hours per week.
