Leveraging your technical and commercial expertise, you will identify new opportunities, shape market strategies, and support profitable growth across global markets.\nYour Responsibilities\nDrive business development activities across Industrial Testing markets, owning market analysis, identifying and converting new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.\nDefine target markets, applications, and key accounts, ensuring alignment of sales and marketing activities.\nBuild relationships with strategic customers and ecosystem partners, support key accounts, and coordinate customer engagements globally (up to 20% travel).\nAct as the technical and commercial expert for Industrial Testing applications, providing market insights, customer analysis, and support to sales teams.\nIdentify customer needs, market trends, competitive gaps, and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable input for Product Management and new product development.\n Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.\nExperience in industrial testing, automated testing systems, production engineering, or industrial automation environments.\nProven track record in business development, market analysis, and Go-to-Market planning.\nStrong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen; additional business or sales knowledge is advantageous.\nExperience working with industrial technologies, manufacturing processes, and/or IoT-related solutions.\nProficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and CRM systems is beneficial.\nFluency in English is required (at least C1 level);
