Combining business partnering with deep operations controlling expertise, you will drive global standards, performance transparency, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, working capital, and business performance across the Group.\nTo build a strong understanding of operational realities and foster close collaboration with key stakeholders, you will regularly visit production sites and operations teams across the Group, primarily within Europe and occasionally in the US and China. Travel will be around 20% to 30%.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with the COO and Operations Leadership Team, providing financial insights, performance analysis, business cases, and decision support for manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, network design, and footprint optimization initiatives.\nLead budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and performance reporting for Corporate Operations, while monitoring operational and financial KPIs and driving improvement actions.\nOwn and continuously enhance global standard costing, inventory control, plant performance measurement, and operations controlling standards, policies, and reporting frameworks.\nDrive transparency and performance improvement across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, inventory, productivity, forecast accuracy, working capital, and supply chain operations.\nAct as the finance lead for operational transformation projects, defining KPIs, reporting requirements, and performance measures across SAP, planning, consolidation, and BI systems.\nStrengthen the Group Controlling community through training, best-practice sharing, continuous improvement initiatives, and finance transformation projects.\n Extensive experience in Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Controlling within a global industrial or manufacturing environment, including experience at local production site/ factory level.\nStrong expertise in standard costing, budgeting, variance analysis, inventory management, procurement finance, performance management, and working capital optimization.\nAdvanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to connect operational and financial performance and identify value creation opportunities.\nProven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, and communicate complex topics clearly across functions and geographies.\nExperience leading international, cross-functional projects and driving operational or finance transformation initiatives.\nStrong problem-solving skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.\nAdvanced knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA), planning and consolidation systems, and business intelligence tools.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CMA, Lean/Six Sigma, or Project Management qualifications are advantageous.
