Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact, understanding client needs, coordinating within the FCS Division to meet customer demands, developing account strategies for growth, and analyzing sales data. A successful Key Account Manager possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.\nReports to:\nFCS Data Centers Local Business Head - North America\nResponsibilities and Objectives:\nThe Data Center Sales Engineer will be the primary point of contact with Staubli’s Data Center key accounts\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with current or new customers, channel partners, and co-suppliers on regular basis, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.\nEducate and persuade potential customers on the value and advantages of Stäubli products and services.\nGain market insights to identify product development opportunities, share competition intelligence, to ultimately generate new Business Development opportunities for Stäubli Data Center product portfolio.\nPrepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to customers and prospective clients, creating value.\nParticipate in weekly North American & Global meetings and calls, to align on strategy and activities with management and the Data Centre team.\nDefine and share forecasts and periodic market & customer trend analysis.\nActively and timely communicate and create reports to both local and global Data Center Segment Team members - utilizing Stäubli CRM.\nActively attend various marketing events, trade shows, and industry functions to network and promote the company offering.\nGenerate and follow up on leads in timely manner.\nTo gain and provide needed technical specification information to Technical/Applications Team to generate new projects.\nTo efficiently handle any customer’s claim in a shortest timeframe and keep highest standard of customer satisfaction.\nAdheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards.\n Bachelor’s degree is required\nBachelors degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering is highly preferred\n3 years of sales experience in a technical field is required\n5+ years of key account manager in technical field, with a focus on thermal management solutions in the datacenter of high-performance computer industry is preferred\nProven experience in key account management with the ability to foster long-term client relationships\nMust live near a major airport\n Physical Requirements\nPeriods sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nPeriods of driving\nMust be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times\nDexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment\nWork schedule:\nWillingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 75%)\nThis position will be fully remote with travel to Duncan,
