The Global Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating the Robotics division’s global events-based marketing initiatives. In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:\nEvent organization & coordination:\nCoordinate annual event planning, objectives and budget allocation in collaboration with Market & Product Line teams\nLead the project management of Global Key Events with Regional Marketing teams to ensure successful event delivery\nCoordinate with Regional Marketing Teams and Central Application Experts the planning, designing and development of demo-cell applications with suppliers and peripheral partners\nEnsure compliance of demo-cell applications and Global Key Events with CE, safety, ESG and branding requirements\nevent list\nEvent communication:\nCoordinate communication plans for Global Key Events in collaboration with Digital Marketing, Content, Market & Product Line and Regional Marketing teams\nEnsure consistency of messages, branding and customer experience across all event touchpoints\nIdentify content generation opportunities and support event-related lead generation initiatives\nTeamwork & performance:\nDevelop and maintain event management guidelines, tools and best practices\nMonitor event KPIs, ROI and budget execution\nAnimate and facilitate the global event marketing community\nMobility : frequent travel to event, mainly in Europe\n Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing from a business school, ideally with a specialization in events management.\nExperience: At least 5 years’ experience in events marketing, project management or technical marketing within a B2B industrial environment.\nSpecific skills:\nCustomer focus and a results-oriented approach\nB2B marketing\nOrganisation of international events\nProject management methods\n\nForeign languages: fluency in English essential;
