Stäubli guarantees high quality, reliability, and performance-our strong basis for the trusted partnership with our customers worldwide.\n Job Function\nThe Product Manager Data Center USA is responsible for developing and managing a dedicated product and solution portfolio for the North American data center market, while supporting business growth, market intelligence, and product strategy.\nReports To\nGlobal Head of Product Management.\nResponsibilities and Objectives\nManage and grow the Electrical Connector product portfolio for North America.\nLead product strategy and roadmap development for the North American data center market.\nLead product lifecycle activities from new product development through launch and ongoing portfolio management.\nConduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to support business growth.\nLead and support the business case and technical specification in product development projects and new product launches.\nCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams globally.\nShare technical and application knowledge across global teams.\nSupport UL certification efforts, technical documentation, training, and customer presentations.\nAdheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards\n Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with strong technical aptitude.\nProven ability to support customer presentations, technical discussions, and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams.\nDeveloping and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans that drive customer adoption and business growth.\nStrong product launch and commercialization experience, including business case development and market positioning.\nProgram and project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nNew Product Introduction (NPI) Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience from concept through launch and portfolio management.\nExperience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer assessments to identify growth opportunities.\nExperience with Microsoft 365, CRM, and ERP systems.\nKnowledge of electrical power connectors, power systems, or UL standards preferred.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global customer-focused environment.\nEnglish native speaker or similar level of language proficiency. Additional languages an advantage.\nWillingness to travel internationally.\n Physical Requirements:\nPeriods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nMust be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times\nDexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment\nWork schedule:\nHybrid schedule available following onboarding.\nBased in Windsor,
