This role combines applications engineering, technical sales support, and customer training to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer success. The position serves as a technical liaison between customers, system integrators, sales teams, and internal engineering resources\nReports to:\nRobotics Training and Applications Manager, NA\nResponsibilities and Objectives:\n Technical Sales SupportSupport the sales team during the pre-sales phase through technical consultation, application feasibility studies, simulations, robot/AGV selection, cycle-time analysis, and solution definition\nPerform technical presentations, application feasibility analyses, and participate in trade show activities\nPropose concept and solution adapted to our robot range with different technologies (vision, conveyor tracking, safety…)\n\nApplication Development & OptimizationDevelop and modify robot programs\nImplement solutions with vision, tracking, and safety systems\nCustomize applications to customer needs\nEnsure performance and reliability\nConfigure, commission, and optimize AGV systems\nOptimize robot performance to meet cycle time and quality targets\n\nCustomer SupportProvide on-site programming, setup, and integration support\nTroubleshoot application, programming, integration, and system-performance issues, coordinating with the appropriate technical resources when hardware repair, preventive maintenance, or corrective maintenance is required\nProvide remote technical support via phone and email to diagnose issues, guide customers, and ensure timely resolution\nRespond to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring clear communication and high service quality\n\nTraining & Knowledge TransferDeliver customer and partner training\nEnsure proper understanding and usage of systems\nSupport training material development\n\nReporting & Process DisciplineDocument activities in CRM\nProvide technical standards\n Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related field\nStrong robot programming and troubleshooting skills\nKnowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation\nStrong communication and customer interaction skills\nMust have a valid US passport and have US citizenship\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStructured text programming experience (C , C++, Python …)\nExperience with industrial field bus systems\nExperience with vision systems and conveyor tracking applications\nExperience working with system integrators or OEMs\nExperience with AGV or Robotic systems\n Physical Requirements:\nPeriods sitting at a desk or standing and working on a computer\nPeriods traveling in automobiles, planes\nMust be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects\nMust be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times\nDexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment\nWork
