India\nLOCATION - Mumbai\nJOB OBJECTIVE - Lead the textile sales function, drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, guide the sales team, and achieve market-share targets & are willing to travel extensively.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nThe job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:\nManage and develop existing Customer relationships, sales leads, and projects.\nCreate and implement a sales development plan for the relevant geographic area and generate new business.\nCoordinate with the Sales Team on a regular basis.\nUpdate all Sales activities in the Company CRM system in a timely and accurate manner\nIdentify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned region.\nConduct market research to understand competitor activities, industry trends, and customer requirements.\nEnsure high customer satisfaction through timely communication, support, and resolution of queries.\nPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.\nParticipate in exhibitions, industry events, and customer visits to enhance brand visibility.\nCollaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations and application support where required.\nYEARS OF EXPERIENCE\n12+ years of experience in Textile Sales (Weaving background preferred)\n QUALIFICATION\nDiploma / Degree in Textile Technology / Manufacturing\nCOMPETENCIES\nTechnical\nStrong technical knowledge of textile machinery (mechanical & electrical).\nDeep understanding of weaving processes, velvet & carpet weaving preferred.\nAbility to evaluate KPIs & market trends accurately.\nExpertise in techno-commercial negotiation & sales strategy.\nProficiency in CRM & sales reporting tools.\nBehavioral\nExcellent leadership & team-management skills\nStrong communication & presentation abilities.\nAbility to react quickly & provide effective solutions.\nHigh customer-orientation & relationship-building
