Job Description

• We are looking for a Research & Development Assistant Intern to support our product development process through research, software testing, documentation, and continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, product, and user research.
• Identify opportunities for new products, features, and improvements.
• Document product requirements, workflows, and specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and the Product Development Manager.
• Test software applications, identify bugs, and verify fixes.
• Maintain product documentation and recommend improvements based on research findings and user feedback.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of software development, web applications, UI/UX, or software testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Product Design, or a related field is an added advantage.
