As a Bartender, you will serve as the face of our brand in the taproom, engaging with guests to educate them about our products while delivering an outstanding hospitality experience. This role combines product knowledge with exceptional customer service to create memorable interactions that reflect the values and quality of our brand.\nReports to: General Manager or Front of House Manager on duty\nPay: This positions makes $10.70 per hour plus tips.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nGreet guests timely as they are seated at the bar; ensure bar is clean and that coasters, utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided\nPrepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered from guests and waitstaff\nAccurately and efficiently enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system\nCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery\nCompletion of all required bar prep, including but not limited to cutting fruit/garnish, making syrups, batching cocktails, etc.\nMaintains a clean, organized bar and ensures it is stocked with clean glassware\nFollows all Alcohol Service laws and is mindful of safe alcohol service, including checking photo IDs\nProcesses guest payments by preparing checks and handling transactions through the POS system\nCommunicate clearly and respectfully with guests, teammates, and management\nChange, move, and organize kegs as needed\nAssist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setting up the bar\nAssist with other side work duties such as cleaning the dining area, preparing silverware and refilling condiments\nPerforms other related duties as assigned\nWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nMust be at least 21 years of age\nMust have a passion for hospitality and craft beverages\nExcellent interpersonal skills and comfortability with discussing our products in detail with guests\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work
