You assist in the delivery of defect-free products on time while minimizing costs for our customers through various skillsets and process utlilization Simultaneously, you will drive environmental stewardship by preventing exposures and reducing waste through lean, cost-effective manufacturing strategies.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities could include:\n New Product Introduction (NPI): Design and implement robust manufacturing processes tailored to customer specifications; develop detailed technical drawings, establish rigid quality specifications, and author comprehensive work instructions.\n Quality Leadership: Act as the primary technical interface for customer quality concerns; lead the end-to-end Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CAPA) processes for internal and external issues.\nProcess Optimization: Continuously research and test innovative manufacturing methods to maximize throughput and minimize production costs while upholding strict quality principles.\nTechnical Support: Provide real-time engineering resolution to production floor challenges to maintain schedule integrity.\nProject Management: Deliver accurate product reports and project milestone updates;
