lead the end-to-end Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CAPA) processes for internal and external issues.\nProcess Optimization: Continuously research and test innovative manufacturing methods to maximize throughput and minimize production costs while upholding strict quality principles.\nTechnical Support: Provide real-time engineering resolution to production floor challenges to maintain schedule integrity.\nProject Management: Deliver accurate product reports and project milestone updates;
