This is a full-time, in-office position based in Overland Park, KS.\nWhat You'll Do\nExpand Steadily’s network of independent agency partners through inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting\n\nInterview and screen potential agency partners to ensure Steadily’s standards for quality are met and exceeded\n\nDrive strong agent productivity by establishing strong agency relationships and setting clear expectations upfront\n\nSupport the growth of our agency footprint through strategic outreach in target markets\n\nCollaborate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams to define needs and determine priorities\n\nYour Background\nExperienced: You are a gifted salesperson with strong presentation skills and deep knowledge of the independent agency ecosystem\n\nInsurance: You have a strong P&C insurance background and are comfortable discussing specific underwriting guidelines and principles\n\nDigital: You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage\n\nDriven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight.
