The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to analyze business needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure smooth system operations. This is a high-priority senior role requiring the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities from day one.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nDayforce Configuration & Support : \n\n- Configure and maintain Dayforce modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Recruiting.\n\n- Manage Dayforce workflows, rules, pay policies, schedule policies, and security settings.\n\n- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.\n\n- Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and release updates.\n\nImplementation & Enhancements : \n\n- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.\n\n- Translate business needs into Dayforce configurations and technical specifications.\n\n- Lead or support module implementations, module rollouts, and new feature enablement.\n\n- Conduct regression testing, UAT support, and deployment of Dayforce releases.\n\nIntegrations & Data Management : \n\n- Maintain and develop integrations between Dayforce and external systems (HRIS, Payroll, ERP, Benefits systems).\n\n- Work with APIs, data exports, and file-based integrations.\n\n- Support data loads, data audits, and data validation activities.\n\nReporting & Analytics : \n\n- Create and enhance Dayforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operations and leadership needs.\n\n- Ensure data integrity and provide insights for HR, Payroll, and workforce teams.\n\nCollaboration & Documentation : \n\n- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and IT teams.\n\n- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and change requests.\n\n- Provide functional and technical guidance to internal teams and end users.\n\n- Support training and knowledge transfer sessions.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 8+ years of total experience, with 5 -
