Manually check anything involving money, security, or merchant data.\n\nOwn the infrastructure behind your work, including servers, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.\n\nBuild agents and automations for other teams. If something is done manually twice, automate it.\nRequirements:\n\nDaily use of AI coding agents (ideally Claude Code), with real examples to show.\n\nShipped production backends in PHP and/or Go. What you built matters, not years.\n\nStrong fundamentals (SQL, APIs, concurrency, security) to catch AI when it is confidently wrong.\n\nHands-on DevOps: Linux, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring.\n\nOwner mindset: why before how, and you measure the result.\n\nClear English (B2+) with the team, clients and vendors.\n\nNice to have: payments or high-risk verticals, your own agents or MCP servers, a startup or side project with real users, security hardening.\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience building custom agents, MCP servers, or AI workflows.\n\nBackground in payments, acquiring, card schemes, or high-risk industries.\n\nA startup, freelance, or side project with real users or revenue.\n\nExperience with encryption, server hardening, or security audits.\n\nOur tech stack:\n\nPHP, Go, SQL databases, queues, caches, Linux servers, payment gateway APIs, and bank APIs - you don't need to know everything on day one.\n\nWhat we offer:\n\nAI tools without the usual limits: Top-tier Claude Code subscriptions and internal AI tools.\n\nReal ownership and impact: Ship to production in days and work on systems processing significant payment volumes.\n\nA company built around AI: A shared company knowledge base and agents across teams.\n\nFuture-ready experience: Work at the forefront of AI-driven software development.\n\nPaid vacation: 20 working days of paid annual leave each year to rest, recharge, and return with new energy.\n\nPaid sick days: 1 paid sick day per month, up to 10 days per year, with no medical certificate required. You return a ClickUp-style task written with AI, the agent session log or a short screen recording, the working solution, and a note explaining what you verified with AI versus checked manually.\n\nLive session with the CTO (15–30 min): Walk us through your solution, adapt to changing requirements, and drive the agents live.
