You’ll help build on top of our visual identity while bringing ideas to life across product experiences, campaigns, prototypes, presentations, and launch materials.\nYou should be as comfortable thinking about the big picture as you are getting deep into the details. One day, you might establish the visual direction for a campaign; the next, you might animate a product concept, refine elements of our design system, or turn an ambitious idea into a compelling deck.\nYou’ll report to our Head of Design and collaborate closely with the founder, engineers, and marketing team. Beyond making excellent work, you’ll help define what great design looks like and contribute to a culture where design is central to how we build.\nWhat You’ll Do\nHelp evolve our brand identity, visual language, and design systems\n\nProduce motion graphics and animation for both product and marketing experiences\n\nDevelop concepts and visual directions for campaigns, product launches, and key company moments\n\nExplore new creative tools and workflows, including AI, while maintaining a high standard of original craft\n\nDesign polished marketing materials across digital, social, presentations, and other brand touchpoints\n\nDevelop reusable systems, templates, and components that help the team move quickly without lowering the bar\n\nTake projects from early concept through final execution, balancing speed, experimentation, and attention to detail\n\nHelp shape our emerging design culture, standards, and creative point of view\n\nYou\nHave a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, original thinking, and strong execution across multiple mediums\n\nHave experience at an agency, technology company, or similarly fast-moving creative environment\n\nHave worked on brand identities, product experiences, or design systems\n\nHave a strong command of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling\n\nAre highly skilled in motion design and animation, with the ability to communicate ideas, explain product behavior, and create delight through movement\n\nAre proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite\n\nCan move fluidly between strategy, concept development, prototyping, and polished production\n\nHave strong instincts but welcome collaboration, feedback, and better ideas\n\nAre self-directed and comfortable making progress when the path is not fully defined\n\nNice to Have\nHave experience with Blender or another 3D design tool\n\nHave developed a brand or design system from an early stage\n\nHave experience creating expressive product animations and interactive prototypes\n\nAre also a talented illustrator\n\nEnjoy experimenting across new formats, mediums, and creative technologies\n\nCan comfortably wear several creative hats while maintaining a consistently high level of
