Works alongside the PM to discuss risk and mitigation strategies; able to have challenging conversations with client.\nContributions\nProvides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer’s business requirements. \nCreates and presents an organization wide roadmap which aligns customer’s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions \nResponsible for designing/architecting the solution and supporting development for large-scale customers \nValidates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer; Identify technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve \nDrives innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, accelerators & as well work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery \nEnsures alignment of standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy \nActs as technical liaison for our customers as well as internal functional teams \nParticipates in modernization focused Human Centered Design (HCD) lead workshops with business stakeholders \nQualifications\n8+ years’ industry/CRM experience with 7+ years as enterprise/platform architect \nBachelor’s degree in a related field \nHave proved capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on the force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation \nSalesforce Platform Developer, Administrator, Experience and/or Service Cloud certifications preferred \nDeep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. Knowledge of sophisticated VisualForce components, Chatter API, including integration \nExperience with the Lightning Framework on force.com & JavaScript frameworks, enterprise design patterns. \nSelf-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes; ability to work independently and within team setting \nStrong communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening) \nAbility to articulate solutions and rationale for design decisions \nAbility to design and deliver Salesforce solutions using ecosystem capabilities such as Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, or Agentforce to support complex government service delivery, digital workflows, and AI enabled service operations.\nStrong background implementing solutions on the Salesforce Platform using core capabilities such as Service Cloud to support case management, workflow automation, and enterprise service delivery.\nPreferred\nMaster’s degree in a related field preferred \nCertified Scrum Master or SAFe 5.0 (or higher) \nAbout steampunk\nSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
