Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.\nContributions\nDesign, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs\nManage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC application\nDeliver support and solutions for break/fix issues\nCommunicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions\nPerform Salesforce administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) and development\nAbility to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals\nHandle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions\nMonitor Salesforce.com usage for compliance\nMaintain security for Salesforce.com data\nInterface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products\nImplement App Exchange platforms\nResearch integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff\nResearch and development of new Salesforce.com prototypes and applications\nResearch and keep current on force.com technologies and communicate trends and future needs to leadership\nPerform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications\nBuild client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with client\nParticipate and engage in all team meetings\nDocument best practices and operational procedures\nFacilitate continuous improvement within the environment\nQualifications\nSalesforce development and implementation experience. \nSalesforce Certified Professional with a 5+ years experience\nExperience delivering a salesforce project using Agile\nExperience with Salesforce Development and Deployment Tools\nExperience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior developers\nExperience declarative configuration, Apex development, and Lightening development.\nAble to translate user stories into working software with minimal oversight. \nMust have a BA/BS degree\nRequired Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Administrator\nPreferred Certifications: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and at least one other cloud specific certification (Marketing or Community)\nAbout steampunk\nSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $190,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
